About the Artist:

Subrata Gangopadhyay is one of the renowned names among Indian contemporary modern artists from Kolkata. The talent and skills Subrata holds as an eminent realist painter are unexplainable.
He completed his graduation from Government College of Art & Craft in 1980. Subrata worked as a senior artist in Ananda Bazar Group of Publications for years. His paintings have been receiving lots of admiration and appreciation for almost five decades.
