Biography
Santanu Roy was born in Siliguri, West Bengal. From childhood he showed great artistic promise. After finishing education he came to Kolkata to learn painting. He joined Birla Academy iof Art and Culture. Following which he participated in numerous shows both solo and group. Santanu specialises in water color and acrylic. He draws heavily from the beauty of his home and that is why his landscapes are so hauntingly beautiful.
