Baldev Panwar is from the very picturesque state of Himachal Pradesh, District Solan (INDIA). He studied Pahari Miniature Painting from Himachal University, Shimla. After which he branched out into other styles as well using almost all medium – Oil, Acrylic, Charcoal, Water Color, Oil Pastel and Pen.
